Rostec says SJ-100 with Russian engine to make 1st flight in Dec

MOSCOW, Oct 31 (PRIME) -- An SJ-100 jet with Russian engine PD-8 will make the first flight in December, CEO of industrial corporation Rostec Sergei Chemezov told channel Rossiya 24 on Tuesday.

"I think we will carry out a flight with a fully locally-made jet some time at the end of the year,” Chemezov said.

“I think some time in December, and tests will start."
